EY hires senior executives for its sustainable finance team

A multinational professional services network, Ernst & Young (EY) has appointed David Rochester as Director of its General Insurance Sustainable Finance team.

Rochester brings more than 29 years of general insurance industry experience to his new role at EY.

Previously, he served as Head of Underwriting and Chief GI Actuary at Lloyds Banking Group.

Rochester was also a member of the ABI Property Steering Group for over a decade and was instrumental in establishing the Flood Re program.

EY’s Sustainable Finance team is dedicated to helping clients create sustainable business value and accelerate their transition to a low-carbon future by integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into the decision making process. of decision.
